2. If you are interested in a particular home development, please let us know so we can find out if they cooperate with iSanDiegoRealEstate. If the developer/builder cooperates with us, we can then proceed to the next step.

3. You must be accompanied by a New Home Specialist from the iSanDiegoRealEstate Team on your FIRST visit to any new home development.

4. Sign a sales contract with the cooperating developer/builder.

5. Close and enjoy your brand new home!
